Automated Transportation to Rethink Smart Factories
Many efforts are being made worldwide to make factories smarter, but the automation and efficiency-raising of transportation at industrial plants are lagging behind evolutions in production. Therefore, a new proposal has been designed, integrating notions and resources from robots and mobility products, concentrating on factory transfers and transportation. This combines one facility or operation with another from the micrometer level to kilometres.
