It is often seen that the Central Government and the State Government keep announcing new schemes. But many people do not even know about this scheme and they remain deprived of these schemes, due to which they are not able to take advantage of it. Removing these problems, on September 15, 2021, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had issued instructions to the heads of all the departments of the state to link the schemes and services of their respective departments with the family identity card by November 1, 2021.
